Policy Terms

Deposit Amount

• A $250 deposit is required to place a hold on a kitten. This amount is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total adoption fee.

Remaining Balance

• The remaining balance of the adoption fee must be paid in full at the time of pickup or prior to the agreed in-person delivery of the kitten.

Holding Period

• The kitten will be held for you until the agreed-upon pickup or delivery date. If the balance is not paid by the specified date, the kitten may be made available to other adopters and the deposit will be forfeited.

In-Person Transfer Only (No Shipping)

• For the safety and well-being of our kittens, we do not offer shipping under any circumstances. All transfers must be done in person, face-to-face, either at a designated meeting location or directly at pickup. This ensures the kitten transitions smoothly and gives both parties the opportunity to ask any final questions.

Refunds & Cancellations

• The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including change of mind, allergies, or unforeseen personal circumstances.
• Additionally, if you have made a full-price offer to adopt a kitten without holding the kitten with a deposit, the full adoption fee is also non-refundable. If you decide not to proceed with adoption for any reason, the full payment will not be refunded.
